The exact scope of a project is determined by the agreed proposal, quotation or project documentation. Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and pricing.
Projects & Deliverables
Project timelines, milestones, revisions and deliverables are determined according to the requirements and scope agreed for each project.
Delays caused by missing information, content, approvals, credentials, feedback or other client dependencies may affect the expected delivery schedule.
Payments
Project work is initiated according to the payment terms agreed for the relevant service or project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, applicable advance payment requirements must be completed before project work begins.
Additional work, expanded scope or new requirements may be subject to additional charges communicated before execution.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved content, access credentials and timely feedback where these are required to complete a project.

Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are handled according to the applicable project agreement and payment completion.

Digital projects may rely on third-party platforms, infrastructure, advertising networks, hosting providers, analytics systems, APIs or software.
Qnix Digital does not control the availability, policies, pricing or future functionality of independent third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Qnix Digital will make reasonable efforts to deliver services according to the agreed scope. However, digital services may depend on external systems, platforms, market conditions, technology changes and information supplied by clients.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would not be permitted by applicable law.
