General Refund Policy
Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once the agreed work or service has commenced.
Digital services involve allocated time, planning, research, strategy, production and professional resources. For this reason, payment is not treated as a refundable deposit once work has been initiated.
SEO, social media marketing and internet marketing payments are non-refundable.
This applies even where payment has been made in advance. Results from these services depend on multiple factors beyond the direct control of the service provider.
SEO & Digital Marketing Services
Search engine optimization, social media marketing, performance marketing and other internet marketing activities are influenced by search algorithms, platform policies, competition, audience behaviour, market conditions and other external factors.
Search engines and digital platforms can change their algorithms, ranking systems, policies and functionality without notice. Qnix Digital does not control those changes.
Because of these variables, Qnix Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, conversions or other predetermined marketing results.
Website & Development Projects
Payments for website design, development, e-commerce, UI/UX, technical implementation and related project work are generally non-refundable after project work has commenced.
Project scope, deliverables, revisions and timelines are determined by the applicable project agreement or approved proposal.
Where project requirements change after approval, additional work may require separate pricing and approval.
Advance Payments
Where an advance payment is required, it allows Qnix Digital to allocate resources and begin the agreed work.
Once work has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable because professional time, resources and project work have already been committed.
For ongoing services such as SEO and digital marketing, the payment structure is designed to allow clients to review the work and performance of the previous period before making the next month's payment. Continuing with the next payment represents the decision to continue the service.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made to independent third-party platforms, software providers, hosting companies, advertising platforms, domain providers or other external services may be subject to those providers' own refund and cancellation policies.
Such third-party charges are not automatically refundable by Qnix Digital.
